Cingular Motorola V551 has glitch

Cingular Motorola V551 has glitch
My Cingular V551 works perfectly 90% of the time. But ocassionaly, the HFL will not indicate an incoming call but the V551 will ring. Anybody else have this problem or have a solution such as a changed setting?
