Checking the NAVI cable.

I am planning to sign up for the DOM's NAVI converted group buy, and need to check what Y cable I need, 12 or 20 pin. To check the cable I will need to remove the panels in the trunk. Does anyone know if I need to remove the bottom panel or bottom and side panels?

If anyone has done that already, how did you do it?

Thanks

I have this question as well. Originally Dom said there is no way to tell which adapter you need even from the year/make of the car. However people later in the GB thread have said 06 TL's require 20pin and this matches info that is actually on Dom's website.

Which is correct? Has ANYONE found a 06 TL needing the 12 pin or are they all 20pin?

Nevermind, I called Kim at Nav2go and they said as long as it is a 3G TL it uses the 20pin connector. It was only prior to the 3Gs that the same model year could have EITHER a 20pin or 12 pin.

Mine is on the way. Just have to settle on the camera now.
