I just finished installing my system in my 04 tl.. when i was tryin different fuses for my remote wire after i finally found the right one.. my check engine light was on?? I double checked and made sure my fuses were in the right slots. i noticed i put one in the wrong spot. I cleared some of the lights that were still on but the check engine light is still lite any ideas how i can reset and what the hell happened?

 

you could have broken a circuit that tripped the light or could have jump the terminals that you put the wrong fuse in. disconnect battery and let sit for a few min then reconnect. For further reference, when you work on a car with a factory amp then just use the remote turn on from the factory amp located in the passengers kick on our tls
