Sorry I did not know any other way to name the title. I had a TSX as a Loaner for when Acura repainted my front bumper from Paint Peeling off. I noticed that you can have your charger plugged inside the center console and have the cord goes through a slit, so you can have your cell phone etc. out without having the armrest open. Im surprised the TL isnt like that, I know it can sit on the top part of the console but then the armrest has to stay opened. Am i not looking hard enough ? If that is the way it is designed, has anyone done any kind of mod to have the armrest closed with the cord coming out?

Looks like it's time to get a Bluetooth-enabled cell phone.

Personally, I'd recommend the Sony Ericsson K750i.

I thought the 3G TL had this feature. If I remember correctly the salesman mentioned something about this. I have yet to try it.

 

just pull the cord through like you're going to set it in the top compartment of the console, pull the cord out of the console and close it. mine closes fine w/ the phone cord coming out. this should work unless you charge your phone w/ a garden hose.
