Well, my concern is that the inside of a car will reach 150 degrees in Arizona. Fan, vent, etc. may not be enough to keep the CarPC going in that kind of temperature.

yeah. Arizona is hot but when I installed under the driver seat the day of week reach near 100 degrees outside temp in sun valley california ( it could be more than 120-130 degrees inside of car) but car pc survived.
I don't know about 150 degrees, it will be your judgement.

My god. I need to do that! I'm not finding instructions/info on a search though. I'll search on your posts next. Taking suggestions. That's awesome!

It is not easy to swap bulb.
Actually, I remove factory bulb and I soldered Blue led to bulb circuit board that is why no one tried.
If you want try it, makes sure find the positive and negative circuit (not like bulb LED need to connect + to + and - to -, otherwise it won't work)before you soldering LED to circuit board.
You have to remove balck plastic cover(I think there is 4 or 6 screws) to see and remove circuit board and there is only 1 connector connected to circuit board(it is comming from nav screen).
I hope this will help you,
