the software is Roadrunner from Guino at mp3car.com. I hope the person that had that site is NOT trying to pass off the work as their own.

OK, ur in luck since you are in Atlanta, you could probably get in touch with ITL(3G Member) with the install if you are serious about it.....I have no idea if he will charge you or not. Make sure you do your research on parts for the machine, and what you actually want the carputer to do. Also you can hit mp3car.com to get more information. I have been a member of that site since 2003 and learn more and more everyday.
