Can not delete phone from HFL

Has anyone else been unable to delete a paired phone from the HFL? I got a new phone, and I try to delete by issuing the voice command "PHONE SETUP... DELETE."

The lovely navigation lady lists the phones, and I say "PAT'S V600." The lady says something like:

"SAY YES TO DELETE 'pat's V600'"

I say yes, she says something like:

"'pats v600' WILL BE PERMENANTLY DELETED. SAY 'OK' TO PROCEED OR GO BACK"

I say OK, she returns to "SAY YES TO DELETE..." and it's an infinite loop. I'm somewhat concerned since I get new phones often, so it is entirely conceivable that I could use up all six spots in a couple or three years. Anyone else have this problem, or do I need to take it up with the dealer?

Just an idea, but try this again with your phone turned off. Maybe it is paired and unable to delete.

I had the same problem. However, after about 10 tries I over enunicated "O - K" and it worked.

Hummm.... I'll give that a try. I've tried with no phones paired, maybe the lovely TL lady and I just aren't communicating (wouldn't be the first time I've had that problem!).
