New Treo 650
Not necessarily, BUT it did say:
PalmOne today officially announced the Treo 650, the successor to the popular Treo 600. New or upgraded features include:
Higher-resolution display (320 x 320 pixels.)
Bluetooth short-range wireless, supporting all major profiles.
Removable battery.
New VGA camera with video capture and improved low-light performance.
Built-in MP3 player.
Built-in compatibility with Microsoft Exchange.
Also, the CDMA version supports high-resolution (QVGA) video capture, while the GSM version includes quad-band world roaming and EDGE high-speed data. The Treo 650 will be available with some U.S. carriers by the end of the year, with wordwide availability in 2005.

I guess now we have to determine if Palm considers the "hands free profile" as a major profile. It is pretty clear it will support the headset profile, since they are selling bluetooth headsets as accessories and do quote it works with auto handsfree systems.
Hopefully one of our TL bretheren (or sisteren...) will get a 650 soon and let us know what works and what doesn't.
I'm looking forward to combining two devices I have to carry into one if indeed it does work as well as my S56.

I almost got a Treo 600 but held off once I bought the TL and heard the 650 was on its way. Now someone please get out there and buy the first one and let us know that it all works as advertised so we can get one too!
I heard Sprint will be first - which could be ugly in terms of coverage - at least for me living in CT.
