Anyone know if it is possible to purchase the new wireless keys that come with the 08 and 09 TLs and use them with a 05 TL?

It's clunky carrying the older style and it easily gets scratched up with the previous design.

Any advice would greatly be appreciated.

If your talking about the switchblade style key yes. You just have to have somebody cut them for you.

 

The key-less go where you have the start/stop button cannot be retrofitted into the 3G TL easily, in fact it will take hours of work just to figure out which wires go where! If you are talking about the switchbladekeys, you can buy them from a few people who make them, including our own vendor Mr. Heel Toe.
