I have an 04 TL that I was able to successfully pair the Env2 with, at least that's what the HandsFree Link of the car tells me. For some reason, when I go to enable or activate the bluetooth on the Env2, the phone tells that the device is out of range or powered off. What gives? Am I doing anything incorrectly?

 

Just curious - having the same problem. Did you find out what caused this? Any suggestions? Thanks

 

That's weird. I have an ENV2 and my bluetooth connects fine. As soon as I put it in discovery mode it found my car within seconds and I put in the 4 digit code & haven't had a problem since. Are you able to connect to any other bluetooth devices?

 

This happened to me initially, but after restarting the phone, I was able to connect without an issue.. Only problem I'm having now is when I make a call using the phone, connection drops from TL and I have to use the phone to listen. If I used the option button to transfer the audio to HFL, then sound comes back out of TL..
