Bluetooth Q's

So I replaced my HFL module because I got the infamous "booting up" screen and I was able to pair my phone but I can't import my contacts or whatever I'm supposed to do. The Nav screen popped up a message saying my phone was found and to continue setup. However one of the first steps was to select your cellular carrier and US Cellular was not an option, I tried to select Verizon for the hell of it and it didn't work. Any ideas? Also how do I get that screen up again?

That's what it said. I literally know nothing about this stuff. How about this, how do I import my contacts from my phone to the car?
