ok so this is what happens.....before everythin was ok but now for the past 2 phones i had ,i tried pairin the phones....and everythin is says looking for a bluetooth phone it FREEZEZand stays like tha ...no matter wha i do even if i take the key out n come back in 10hrs lol it still says pairin on the mid............Please help.......only way i get rid of it is unpluggin the battery

Treo 650 And 2004 Acura Tl

 

Don't know if this of ANY assistance but I have a Nextel i880 and a Treo 700p. BOTH are paired to my car (06 w/navi) without any issue (I turn the i880's bluetooth off normally as I show preference to my Sprint Treo...nextel's coverage is basically garbage).

With the Treo 700 I have had NO issues.

So I ask, when is the last time you went to palmone.com and downloaded the newest drivers and software for your Treo? I ask this because most Treo owners HAVE NO IDEA updates come out nearly every 2 or 3 months for their phones. I've spoken to MANY who ask about my VersaMail and why it looks so different than their's. "It's because I have the newest version, when is the last time you sync'd your phone with palmone software?"

"What do you mean...'sync my phone?' " is usually their response.

Make SURE you have the latest drivers for your 650. I initially had a HUGE issue with my Treo's ability to beam files but a software patch fixed it instantly, this may be the case with your Treo 650.

With what carrier and what version of firmware? You need to be at the most current firmware or your Treo will most likely not work.
