Does anyone know if the 4th gen Bluetooth will work in a 3rd gen TL? I have a 2006 TL and want the streaming Bluetooth. My husband just got me a new 3rd gen module as mine gave up on me last summer but just curious if they are interchangeable.

I posted the same on and got a "Probably not" but still nothing solid.

 

I also got the 3rd Gen Acura TL and was intrested in Bluetooth Streaming threw my iPhone. I have FINALLY figured out how to do it and it cost me $0.00!!! You have to Jailbreak your iPhone and download "Bluetooth Service Manager" from the *Cydia App Store*. Streaming Quality (Sound) is kind of Crappy, but it Works 100%. I can Stream YouTube, iPod (Music), Hulu, Netflix, Pandora, ext.

 

its not blutooth, but its your best alternative for $7.


if you decide to go this route, turn you iphone to 99% volume. 100% adds static. not sure why, but its a common issue with iphones on aux jacks.
