Bluetooth locked in my car!
Hey, I have a 04 TL AT and i was using my bluetooth the other day and telling it to call someone and it locked up on me. Now when i press on my call button it says " the system is locked please enter your four digit password". I tried the password i originally used which is "0000" but it says its wrong and i also tried "1234" and that didn't work does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Not sure how the sync to bluetooth is set up originally on the 04 but you should just resync. In your phone you should be able to delete the connection to your car. Then put the phone into discover mode and have the car search for a bluetooth connection. It should find your phone (again) and sync to it.

One thing the dealer got me to do when I was having problems is to disconnect the battery terminals then put a jumper betewwn them to bleed down any capacitors. Leave it jumped for 15 minutes. Then reconnect. This drops any memory they have.
Make sure you have the radio codes etc cuz they will be lost .

What exactly was locked, your phone or the car radio / navi? You should have the radio and navi codes, if not call your dealer. If it's your phone, try the last 4 digits of your phone number. I accidentally locked up my phone the other day and that's how the Verizon tech fixed it haha

I don't have navi and I tried the last four digits of my phone and it didn't work but its the bluethooth system that locked not the radio I think i might try disconnecting the battery that sounds like a good idea.

And jump the 2 cables together for 15 minutes.
