Bluetooth issue

I have an '04 and bought this car used 2 years ago. I finally decided to hook up my phone and after a few fails the display now says no information available. Any ideas how to fix this??

"no information available" means no phone is connected. its better than showing "booting up" constantly which means your unit is dead

I do remember seeing the booting up message before. I will try connecting again though. Thanks!
