Bluetooth calls out !!!
It seems to happen when I am by Orlando Int.Airport...my phone rings ..I answer ..it hangs up and then calls my last number called on my phone ...this happens every 2 or 3 minutes...the dealer tells me this is due to the airport...has anyone had this problem.....any other time the hands free works well
royalpia, see if you can narrow down the problem. Is it your phone or is it HFL? What phone are you using anyway? I would not pair the phone with the HFL and see if it still rings. You could even pair it with another bluetooth headset as well. Experiment with it a little and post your findings.
The HFL is paired to a Samsung A900...if I diasable the bluetooth on the phone then I stop getting calls....my son has the identical phone and if he is with me and he is the last person to have called me... as soon as my phone rings and I attempt to answer it ...within 5 seconds his phone rings and there is no one there.....the dealership has no clue and they are the ones that suggested it was the airport...it's a mystery....I'm going back to the dealer tomorrow again

Big suprise ... a cluless dealer
His theory is that the local navigation transmitters interfere. ... Are you passing near any obvious large antennas?
Doesn't hold much water, everyone would be reporting this kind of behavior.

Have you tried searching the forum for A900 problems?
My son's phone rings wherever he is if it's the last call made on my phone ...I had made a call to someone else from my phone inside my home....from my car later that day that number was called 5 times every time my phone rang and I answered it...I know it sounds confusing
So your phone dials the last number everytime you are near the airport with HFL?Have you tried trading phones for a day with your son? Pair his phone with your HFL and see if his does the same thing.
The A900 has documented problems with phantom calls to bluetooth devices.
It was supposed to be corrected in one of the latest firmware upgrade, so you might want to do a FOTA upgrade to your phone.
It's nothing wrong with the car, it's your phone.

Try this...
Try this
Since the dealer is convinced its the airport...take a loaner from the dealer (have a service guy join you for the ride if they wanna be 100% sure) and pair your phone to the loaner...and drive the same route and see if it happens....
Hopefully its just your car, so then they will be forced to fix it..
Good luck
