What is the cheapest bluetooth ph out there but works very well with our TL? What brand and model number and which wireless provider.

I would think it's the SE T68i. Any GSM provider will work. It might be a tough time finding this model.
Another one is the SE T610/T616. Also any GSM provider will work. This model will be easier to find.

If you are ready to get into new contract, you can make $200 and get a T637 phone.

If you already have a GSM contract, go to Ebay and buy a cheap unlocked Sony Ericcson for about $100 or $150. I got T-mobile, and I'm watching the deals on Ebay for a nice Bluetooth phone.
