I just switched from an old Verizon Chocolate VX8550 phone to a Verizon Pantech CRUX touch phone(CDM8999). The Bluetooth sound was perfect in the Verizon Chocolate, but now is barely adequate in the Pantech CRUX touch phone. In order to have decent sound, I have to turn the HFL volume way up to about 25 and it still sounds like the person at the other end is millions of miles away. However, they can hear me perfectly. Is anyone else having similar problems with newer phones????
