Blown front driver's mid speaker

I've searched many threads but no conclusive answer. I just want to replace both front mid speakers with 2 ohm replacements that won't break the bank. I like the sound of the stock stereo enough to get by, so minimal costs are great but am willing to spend a few hundred if needed. I do not want to add an amp (done that for many previous cars, getting too old for that).

I don't need components as a replacement, don't want to deal with installing crossovers and re-wiring. I've done enough of that in my youth but not willing to do that now (family priorities are more important).

Can anyone recommend a cost effective front mids replacement?

PM this guy to see if he still has the cx62's (http://www.diymobileaudio.com/forum/...8-id-cx62.html)

put up a WTB over at DIYMA.com for the cx62's

OR buy them new from Woofersetc for about 40% more than you could find them used if you're impatient.

Thanks, I will check them out. Any issues with mounting depth?

More than likely you'll need to pop out the plastic mounts and cut some mdf rings to mount anything other than the stock speakers. The stock holes assume tiny magnets. Nothing a couple minutes with a jigsaw and a metal blade won't cure.
