Has anybody replaced the facoty nav screen with a bigger one?
I know I saw one for sale in the black market while back. I've almost got all of my Nav Parts gathered up but I hate how small the screen is. I think the one in the black market had a 10.1 inch screen.

yes, some people have moved to a larger screen. you'll have to modify the plastic housing, obviously.
it would help if you listed your set up, and your plans so that we could critique and help you.

here's a recent thread:

so far its inconclusive, but its heading down the right path.
maybe, KN_TL can chime in on this thread.

I intense on running factory nav with tvnav2go. I thought about a carputer setup but I want to be able o use the factory radio. Im having trouble finding a touchscreen without buttons on it in the size I need. Im thinking mage using a netbook screen for the display if I can't find one
It is possible but not easy.
First you need to retain both boards in the stock display unit. There is circuitry in there to control the HVAC. So you need to be creative in mounting the backlight and video circuitry either inside the case or outside somewhere. I just screwed up and the back fell over while I was taking it apart and I ripped the damn ribbon cable off the touch panel. Cheap enough to replace but frustrating. Had to map the factory panel to the aftermarket. Explanation below.
Another is finding a RGBs to VGA adapter that will work well enough to give you a clean image and allow for adjustments.
The last thing is the touch screen. The USB controllers have the ability to learn different readings and convert them correctly. The stock navigation doesn't. You need to get the 4 sides exactly as it wants or you can't calibrate it at all.
I never looked at one that large but if it goes outside the stock opening left to right, I think it's going to look odd since there is only like 3/16 on the sides.
As far as buttons go, I would find a different place to mount them with a longer cable or just mount is somewhere inaccessible and mount the IR detector where you can use the remote.
What I did to mold my 7" into the stock opening was to cut away the button area and used expoxy to secure it to the inside of the stock bezel. Then I used bumper filler to fill in the gaps.
