Got upwards to $1500 for a new dash build for my 2005 Acura TL Base (NON NAVI)

I already dropped tons of money on subs, amp, LOC, and a PLC2 bass knob

I am interested in the iPad Mini install and the Nexus 7 one.

I am trying to buy most of my parts off Amazon to save money.

Can someone tell me the best build for this budget including if I should get a shop to do it or do it myself?
