I have just bought new navigation dvd for my '01 MDX ( v 2.2 ). It being so costly, I would really like to take a backup. Hence this post. I read several threads here on this topic unfortunately they are all closed.
I was sucessfully able to back up and run the old nav dvd ( 2.0 ) on my '01 MDX. I used DVD+R format. So it looks like the drive can use DVD+R media. However, the backup disc for new version isn't working. I used DVD+R DL. It was burned perfectly but the mdx drive wouldn't recognize it.
Any thoughts?
