was on ebay saw these an thought about ordering but was wondering if any1 has already done the auto power folding option on the TL.. if so i would like to know how its working out for you? an how hard it was to install? their ad says plug an play but from the research ive done here on AZINE it looks like for the 06 TL i will have to custom wire the blinkers

I don't know about that auction. I would research a bit more to see if the chinese tl has these since they are used over seas. check even the european market. That auction states oem switches and stuff but I dunno. I haven't heard of any power folding mirror option for the 3g tl at all. and if there is one I'd definitely be all over it. I'd rather have that then a damn worthless cassette player, I mean really now.

 

there is a member who bought these but I don't think he ever let us know if he installed them or not and if they worked. For now it seems that he got scammed and they didn't work and just didn't want acurazine to laugh at him. I wouldn't get them until I see them at work.

Searched & this is the only thread on folding side mirrors.
I though there would be numerous threads on this topic & info where to purchase.

Now I regret I didn't leave contact info with the owner of the TL who actually have color matched "powered folding side mirrors" on both sides of the car.

But the mirrors don't have the turn signals.

TBH, with the lack of info on these mirrors... I sort of doubt the SSM TL you posted have power folding mirrors.
Especially seeing as how it looks stock. Really stock.
He could have folded both mirrors in himself.
But if you saw it in action then I'll be damned! You should track him down =p
