does any one have a copy of one for a 07 TL type S with Navi?
I'd like to upgrade my speakers or possibly add a 10inch sub but I dont want to change out the head unit b/c I want to keep all the navi integration.

how have other people done this or something similar.

You'll get your answer much quicker by utilizing the search function.

 

Amp in pass kick. If you want to replace all speakers and amps, grab signal on the input side of the amp there. All Nav/HFL audio is processed by the h/u not the amp.

If you just want to add a sub either splice in for signal in the pass kick or grab it at the sub itself. The sub is LPF x'd-over ~100Hz so you can just grab that after the amp.

Search for the pinout for the factory amp inputs/outputs. It has been posted in here numerous times before.
