Audio Question

I've been drooling over the TL now since it came out. Hopefully I'll have one sometime this year. Was thinking of maybe seeing if I can pick up an 04 leftover. Question about the stereo system is from 04 to 05 models, did they add 2 extra speakers totaling 8 and add 5 watts? For some reason I though the 04 had 5 and 1 sub making 6. Acura's website says it's 8. w/225w. If this change is true has anyone heard the new system and does it sound any different? There's an acura dealer right down the road from where I teach in Montclair (DCH) and I think I've visited the car lot a bunch of times killing time on my lunch break, just looking around. I know if I test drive one now it's going to kill me not being able to have it NOW. I'll just have to wait, hopefully not that long.

There are 8 speakers in the 04. 2 tweeters on the front dash, 1 center channel, 2 in the front (1 on each door), 2 in the rear, and 1 sub

The 04 has 8 speakers (3 on the dash, 1 each on the front doors, and 3 on the rear deck). The sub is in the center of the rear deck.

This one had only been in the forum for 2:11 when you posted, and we are not in the forum full time. Also, it is our decision to make and we will do it when we get to it.

I just got to it. Moving to audio. In 2 hours 28 minutes. Not a new world's record, but not bad.

Hey Ron,

Sorry if I was stepping on your toes, I didn't mean to, I'm just trying to get members in the habit of posting in the right forum, it is in no way to tell the mods "hey you're slacking, move the thread" sorry if it came off that way
