Anyone with latest Navi software—how is Quebec coverage?
I popped out my DVD this morning to see which version I have and it's 3.30 just like everyone else. I know one of the newer releases has Quebec City added to the verified listings. What I'm wondering is whether anyone knows whether other parts of the province have been added as non-verified roads, especially areas in the Laurentians.
Heading up there next month, as you may have guessed, and while I know the way from Virginia to Mont-Tremblant, it might be nice to have the Navi available for reference on the way home since we're stopping in Ottawa and it's been almost 20 years since I was last there (and came from the south rather than from Tremblant). The route looks easy enough from Google Maps, though.

I would strongly suggest that you bring some maps if you can. If you travel with a laptop, pick up Microsoft Street & Strips 2006. It has pretty good coverage in the Laurentians.
Enjoy the skiing...

I have an 04 TL with the Navi v3.30G DVD.
I can tell you the coverage up to Tremblant from Ottawa is non existant. It is an easy drive though (2 hours to 2 1/2 hours). The coverage from Ottawa to Toronto and on to NY State is good though. Also the coverage from Ottawa to Montreal and Montreal itself is good. It is also a given that from Montreal to Tremblant coverage is non-existant.
Rest assured its easy ennough to find!
There are links on most of the hotels/ski hills that give directions to get to Tremblant. Enjoy the skiing!

I have the same version DVD that you do and noted that the coverage outside Ottawa ends abruptly at the end of Autoroute 50. I was just curious whether the newer versions of the Navi software might have any unverified roads added in, as the Acura Navi web page says that Quebec City has been added as a verified city. It's nice to have the Navi available as an option even if you don't "need" it, you know?

(I bought my TL from a dealer 15 miles north of Montreal)
The Maritimes are not in there at all. Coverage ends abruptly at the I-95 border crossing at Houlton and at the international bridge in Calais.
