anyone have the wiring pinout for a stock b/u cam?

anyone have the wiring pinout for a stock b/u cam?
I have the service manual, but I can't find anything but how to replace it.

I am replacing the stock unit w/ a Kewood DNX9960 and want to keep the stock camera...or if it is a pita I'll just put in a CMOS 300!

If you have the '07-'08 manual see page 22-137. If you don't have this version of the manual then I can try and send you a snapshot.

yeah, 22-137 on mine is a blank page. Literally just the header and then blank. If you could that would be awesome. I could take the time to figure it out, but let's face it...I'm lazy.
