Anyone have problems with CD PLAYER not reading CD's?

Anyone have problems with CD PLAYER not reading CD's?
Recently I'm having some problems with my cd player.. It's F.... up!!
Well, what happens is that it wont read any cd at all... Whenever I load a new cd it will try to read it but will spit it out after being unable to read it..
Maybe lens are dirty?? Doeas anyone have the same problem and got it fixed????
Help!!
PD: I really want to see if any of you guys got it fixed without going to dealer.. I know that if I take it to the dealer I'll get it fixed, but I too know that I'm going to find out a new scratch or who knows.. those guys never take care of the cars...THANKS
