The Bluetooth/HFL info is in the "Features" section of the manual for the TL.
You can also register into "myacura.com" and get the Bluetooth/HFL link instructions from there.

Acura does not tell you how to use the Bluetooth features on your phone - how would they know. You get that from your phone user manual.
Acura only tells you how to use the HFL side in the car.
