Alarm not locking door

So, the past couple of weeks my 2005 TL factory keyless entry has been acting wacky. I leave my head lights on so that I know when the alarm is set, but recently the headlights haven't been shutting off so I looked and the driver side door is the only lock that is not locking. I am starting to think that the solenoid for the drivers side door is going bad. The problem is intermittent I can drive for 10 mins and the get out hit the remote and it will not lock. If I drive 20 mins from work to my house and get out and all doors lock. The unlock works great and every time. Please help.

Replace the driver door actuator. Known failure point on 3rd gen TL, heck while I was shopping for my TL I saw a few cars that had this issue.

Polo,
I figured but wanted to ask before I automatically went to the door actuator/solenoid.
