Aftermarket Head Unit installation and Navi Retention

I just bought my 07 Tl type s last Friday and I’m about to put a new head unit in to replace oem. I bought the Kenwood Excelon DPX395MBT double din and all the wiring/mounting goodies. So, I want to use deck power for all the speakers to be able to use the rca on the back of my head unit for a subwoofer amp in the future. I will be bypassing the factory amp in the passenger kick panel because I do not need it as I will be replacing the speakers with better ones. I want to keep navigation but I’m kind of stumped on how to do so while using deck power instead of the rca to the factory amp like most videos on YouTube cover. I’ve seen people say you need a resistor but I have no idea where I would need to wire that in to keep navigation. I just wanted to see if anyone here would be able to explain how this works because I’ve been trying and I just don’t understand. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Check out mobile max car audio. They have the adapter you need. I installed a double din pioneer below the nav screen and had all adapters for the steering controls, touch’s screen and nav retained to 2 amps. A 4 channel for my 6.5 up fronts and a mono for my sub. I did delete the rear speakers but yea they have what you need.
