Hello,

I have used the search function and have found nothing.. not sure if I am challenged or not but here is my question.

I have a Apline deck I want to put in my 08 TL. It doesn't have Nav or anything. I live this deck because of the ipod controls, 4v preouts and its alpine. I have a sub and amp as well but I know how to do that.

How do I go about doing this as before I didnt have to worry about the display and cxd/tape deck. Also where do you find the inserts as everything I found was for the previous years.

Why would you want to ruin the interior of the tl to put a deck in? Just get an isimple unit that has ipod controls, etc.

 

alright sounds like its a pain in the butt. I dont want to ruin it but I am in love with my alpine deck. How does this isimple unit work? does it charge at the same time?

 

Yup, it charges it while it's plugged in. You can either control it via the steering wheel, or you can control it from the iphone/ipod itself.
