Aftermarket amp & subwoofer

I was wondering if you can put an aftermarket amplifier and subwoofer in 06 TL and I don't mean just sitting in my trunk.. I mean taking out the factory ones and putting them in their place?

rear deck can only handle so much vibration without extra help

Sorry to say but this question has been answered a thousand times and has many different answers. Of course you can add a sub and amp and there are literally hundreds of options........ Infinite baffle..... Eggy.
