Advanced loc and remote help
Hey guys heres the problem, i got a 4ch and a mono installed, they work fine except i have the amp turn on from the fuse box,and my loc (cache oem6) has a auto remote turn on. some times when in my car i like the volume to be off but i get a hiss. I tryed lowering my loc and putting up the gain on amps. But nutting works ither i get really low sound or its not loud enoughf. Is there a way my amps can turn off when i turn the deck off what wire to tap in to? I bypassed the factory amp and with the factory amp output it sounds bad. I have a 3 sixty.1 that i tryed to use but i didnt like the way it sounded and its really hard to use the software it keeps crashing. Please some advise this hiss is really annoying thanks aziners

We have a balanced signal and unless you have these 3 things:
1. Amp that accepts balanced
2. Processor
3. Balanced Line Driver
You're going to get noise

Try unplugging the RCAs from the aftermarket amp. If the hiss is still there, it's an amp issue. Usually the hiss is from taking the signal from the stock amp and sending it through a LOC to the aftermarket amp but you said you're taking the signal pre-amp. Post amp, there's nothing you can do, you will have hiss.
If you have no hiss after unplugging the RCAs, hook one item back up at a time. The LOC, then the inputs to the LOC or line driver, or 3sixty or whatever you're using at the time.
I seem to remember some of the original 3sixties having high noise floor issues.

Most of the noise I've encountered when going pre amp is alternator and ignition noise, not hiss.
