adding amps, what should I do?

Hey guys, I'm getting ready to add an amp for the center channel, a 4 ch. for the front and rear, and another for my subs. The question is: Would it be better to tap in after the factory amp or just do away with it all-together? I have an Audio Control LC8. I opted for this over the LC6 so I wouldn't be splitting up on the channel marked sub on the LC6. I just figured it would just be easier going after the amp as I wouldn't have to put RCA's on and then getting another component to boost the factory signal. It might have less noise doing it this way too. Any feedback will be appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks!
