Acura TL '06 Bluetooth question.

Hi guys,

I have read a lot of the topics about the bluetooth already made here.

But I didnt find what I really need to know.

I can set up the bluetooth configuration in the car, I set my password and then, either my phone and navigation are discover.. I don't see it on my Iphone 4 lastest iOS.

What I can do? Is that a HFL problem and I will need to change the HFL modul ? !

Let me know guys about your experience with that exact problem.

Guillaume

If your car is not "discovering" the iphone then your HFL unit is most likely toast. They are about $200 and it takes less than 15 mins to change. There are several threads in here with a DIY how to change it. Dealer will want $700 probably, parts and labor. I have an 08 non-navi but the procedure is the same I think.

Reset/clear the HFL. Look up the procedure, its in the owners manual. Afterwards, try again.

Ok, I found it in the user manual!

The problem was my Iphone. The bluetooth was defect. Apple replaced mine and now everything is working A-1 ! So I don't have HFL problem
