Accessory outlet unswitched

has anyone wired their accessory outlets to remain on when ignition is off? I'd like to be able to charge my cell phone when the car is not running.

welocme to the forums, i think the outlets are wired to a fuse that shuts off when the car is turned off. If you did rewire the outlet, i think it could drain your battery
