A2DP/Bluetooth upgrade to '06 TL?

I have read the different posts about the Isimple and the DICE adapters for the Acura's. I've seen the custom install with the P.I.X. 3 and custom dock (too bad I don't stay in NY I may would pay Elegant a visit). This is my second Acura and the car in general, I've always been happy with. Although recently after taking my car in for "maintenance" they loaned me a 2010 TL and I was humbled. The 2010 has AUX input, USB connector, Split screen Navi, and Upgraded Bluetooth.

The most impressive thing to me was the ability to use my Iphone to stream music via Bluetooth A2DP. I am wondering has anyone tried upgrading just the bluetooth component in their Acura? Is it possible to upgrade just the bluetooth receiver? Where is the bluetooth receiver located in the stereo?

I ask this not only for Audio streaming (currently I'm using the tape adapter), also 80% of the time when I answer the car from my steering wheel my Iphone connects and quickly looses the connection to the HFL. I then have to go back to the phone and select HFL to re-establish a connection. I would love to just be able to replace the bluetooth receiver in the car to solve my phone call issue but also possibly be able to stream music via bluetooth. I looked at a custom radio solution that could receive A2DP. Although most places have told me I would loose my steering wheel integration if I take out the radio. Suggestions and comments would be appreciated. Album cover's would be nice on my navi. I'm not overly thrilled about video's, I can do without. Thanks in advanced.

I'm using a windshield mount for my Moto Droid and a Blackberry bluetooth stereo gateway plugged into my AUX input. Granted, I don't have steering wheel controls, but otherwise it's pretty seamless, and the whole setup set me back a whopping 60 bucks, including the car kit for my droid.
