Hey folks. For those of you who know about remote system installs and the 5901...I just installed on Thursday...everything works great but the starter over revs (features set on AT, Tach wire, and normal tach release...the system learned tach output after ignition).

I just put on Autopage on my s-10...it acted funny like that until I found the right tach wire rather than going off tach sense>>>>

So the tach wire goes through the DB-all and then to the alarm and I'm thinking that extra processing is enough to delay/over rev the starter.

Anyone ran the tach wire straight from the car and had better luck???
