3G TL stereo help

So I have read and seen the videos on how to take out the head unit and install a new one but people were talking about taking of the trim and unscrewing 6 screws and the factory unit comes out! Could anyone tell me how to do that to save time?!

I have but people were saying you could only take the trim off and remove 6 screws to get the unit out instead of taking off panels and the glove box!

My clear advice to you is to take your time, don't look for shortcuts (you're going to get frustrated and start breaking stuff like clips and the like). Do it the right way:

This way, you get it all done in one job, it's done well, and you won't have to order replacement stuff for the parts you broke by being in a hurry.

Good luck.
