This thread may or may not be related to the TL. Can anyone tell me why the Ipod automatically reboots only when attempting to play certain playlists/songs? I'm currently using a cassette adaptor and it's a pain having to go back into where I was because the Ipod rebooted. To make matters worse, I have to wait until I get to a stop sign and red light to drive safely.

Seems like your iPod file system might be corrupted. Try the troubleshooting over at the Apple website: http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/five_rs/
