Looking to get the Infinity 63.9i 3-way speaker....has anyone installed this speakers directly to the OEM unit?

Can I do all four...fronts and rear? These are 2-ohm speakers and I heard thats what our OEM speakers are so I want to match them.

That will be the cheapest solution but also can do a full upgrade with Polk components and an amp...will the sound be completly superior with the full upgrade?

I'm thinking about upgrading mine too. Found the same ones you're looking for at onlinecarestereo.com for 109 bucks and free shipping. Save yourself some cash.

 

I've done the slightly older version of those Infinities and I ended up taping over the tweeters with electrical tape because they were so harsh. The mids are ok but I wouldn't go with the 2 or 3-ways. The concensus around here is it's a bad idea to run more than one tweeter per side in the front.
