Angry 2007 TL - Navigation error -- Disclaimer Screen - Can't Hit OK

Recently my Nav screen has been on the fritz. Upon turning the car on the Nav cycles on. The disclaimer screen comes up, however the screen is non responsive which prevents me from hitting the OK button. Furthermore, the Radio station and audio information doesn't display on the multi information display unit above the air vents on the center of the dash. If I leave the car off for 24-48 hours and then turn it on, the Nav unit functions normally and I am able to hit the OK button, activating the unit. And the radio information displays on the upper unit screen. However, after a few minutes, the info on upper unit (other than climate controls) disappears and the nav screen and all Nav unit buttons become unresponsive.

I've tried pulling fuses, ejecting the Nav DVD in the trunk and cleaning it. Any other ideas? Any and all help is appreciated.

Thanks.

Drew
