Hello,

The amplifier in my TL has buzzed me to the point of no return. I'm either going to attempt to repair my original amp or purchase a used replacement on Ebay.

Are the 2007/2008 Factory amplifiers compatible with my 2005 base TL? I've searched but failed to have a clear answer.

My educated guess would be yes, but I do not know for certain.

 

Yes, all 04-08 TL amplifiers are interchangeable. I believe that the 07-08 amps are slightly better.

 

Yes I replaced my defective amp in my 2004 TL with one from an 07-08. Literally the same unit, just buy and replace
