Hey all,

Is it possible to update the 06 Nav. system to the 07 which has the cool traffic update? Also, has anyone upgraded their key to to the flip key? Is it even possible and if so how much?=)

I want to take full 07 TL Navi unit and install in my 06 TL. is it possible? Do I need to change Dvd ROM too? ..
I am located in La, CA. ill make donations with no problem to someone who is nearby and can install with proper wiring.

The Switchblade key's can be done for the 2004-2006 TL's. Heeltoeautomotive sells them for a decent price and all you have to do is get them cut and the immobilizer programmed.

As far as the navi system goes, it's going to be a LOT of work to upgrade since you will need to modify or swap out wire harnesses that run from the front of the car to the rear, you'll need a new screen, Head unit, navi screen, XM tuner, dvd unit, etc. It's going to be an easy 2K endeavor with more than a whole day of work.
