2006 HFL fail/killing battery

Need a hand trying to figure this out. I read on lots of post about how to remove the HFL unit. I got mine out but now I am trying to look for a Part Number to replace the unit cause mine does nothing but if I jump my car after it kills the battery it works only one time. There is a bunch of # which one is it? I looked it up on other post but mines different and doesn't show up when I look up the part.
I am out of warantee as well.

here is what it says on the unit

83251SEP-C211AC NH528L
model/fcc ID:CB2BLUEC05
IC: 279B-BLUEC05

everyone else that I seen is
83251-SEP-A021AA what is the difference? Does this one supercede mine?

I'm sure others will be by to help with the part numbers but if you're only getting one start out of the battery even with the module unplugged you're probably going to need a battery too. They can only be run dead so many times before they start to give up.
