2005 Navi volume dying

2005 Navi volume dying

My 2005 TL Navi volume is dying. It is silent until it warms up about an hour later. Even then it is weak at full volume.
The Acura dealer says he can replace it for about $750.
Is there a replacement or upgrade for it?
What should I do?
