Hey AZ! Well I have an issue I purchased my 08 TL-S back in Aug 2012 since day 1 the radio buttons never lighted on, along with some of the climate control buttons. Yesterday I replaced all the bulbs on the climate control, even those that were still good, I was told most of the times it has to do with a burnt climate control bulb, but it had nothing to do with the climate control bulbs. The radio powers on, plays my cds & mp3 etc.... but no light.

Has anybody ever had this issue? & if so what can I do to resolve this issue? Thanks AZ for looking & hopefully for a solution

 

Did you check all fuses?

 

No I didn't look at the fuses, didn't think the fuse would have anything to do with this, but I'll take a look at it tomorrow. Its at the dealer right now getting serviced I asked my cousin to look into it also but if he doesn't figure it out then I'll check out the fuses tomorrow

 

there is a soldered LED circuit bored on the radio face.
maybe those LEDs went out.
