After do the service on my wife's TL Type S I attempted to reset the oil life computer. After several tries using the procedure outlined in the manual, the same way I've done it dozens of times, I could not get the computer reset. I called Acura Customer Service and they gave me the same instructions as in the manual. They then suggested I take it to a dealer. My local dealer, Wier Canyon Acura quickly fixed the problem by holding down the reset button for about 45 seconds, as opposed to the 10 seconds in the book. The service guy told me to just hold down the button until the screen shows the reset question, then select "yes" and you're done.

Now my wife's key doesn't work. When I attempt to program it I get a message that tells me I can't program it until it is linked to the system. I can't seem to find anything on the boards regarding linking a remote key to the system. My key works fine, and I've replaced the battery in my wife's remote. Any suggestions or a set of instructions for re linking the key?
