I also have an 06 with nav and incoming call numbers are displayed. My paired cell phone is Motorola E815 and works flawlessly with the HFL.

 

I informed my local dealer of issues with my HFL in my 04 TL and they switched it out for the 06'version under warranty. The newer version works much better, and the voice recognition is greatly improved in my opinion. Get the upgrade!

 

for those in Canada, if you don't get the number displayed, it is most certainly a rogers problem. Of course they deny it, but I have a rogers phone and all it shows is incoming call. My son has a service with telus and on his phone, not only the battery strength shows up but the incoming call number also shows up. As I said, it is not the car, but a Rogers problem in Canada. Now all we have to do is get Rogers to admit and fix the problem...... probably easier to pull teeth....

 

I'm on rogers with a Nokia 6620 and I get caller ID displayed on my MID....so I don't think its rogers but probably a motorola/rogers firmware issue. Does the caller ID show up if you get a call from someone who is in your phonebook?

 

so did anyone find out about this issue? I have a 06 with a bb 8700. No incoming call display... number does not come up. Just "incoming call". I also am on Rogers. Could you let me know.
